“Finally, I am on the location of my film titled THE WEIGHT. It is going to be a blessing to you all as it is set to deliver you completely from all satanic webs. This is the first ALL GOSPEL ARTIST MOVIE in Nigeria” You will recall that Tope Alabi has teamed up in the past with Gospel music icons and giants like Ty Bello and Mike Abdul.

Set to take Nollywood by storm
Tobi Alabi said, “this is another channel through which you can win more souls for Christ, so this gave me the first story. Actually, I had a story before I had a film. Late last year I started developing those stories.
The celebrated songstress who has blessed fans and music lovers with her inspiring songs is optimistic the movie will do well in the industry. She went on to say, “we’re hoping that is going to affect them positively because it is going to show how well gospel music ministers can act.”
The theme of the movies
Tosin Martins said, “it is an interesting movie and it goes to the root of the love of God beyond the shortcomings and the feelings of humanity. He loves us in spite and despite them and he wants us to always come close. Staying away doesn’t make it better so that’s what the movie addresses. It is a beautiful story very inspiring
Mike Abdul added, “I think what you would learn the importance of God. You know in every department of our lives it’s very easy to just think that we are here and we run things our way but eventually you find out that truly God runs things in their face of man.”
A further thought from Ibitayo Jeje was that” this movie is going to make a lot of difference I think people are going to start doing similar projects to this because it will send the right messages across the nations. I believe it will birth a lot of positive vibes.”
The move is expected to be ready for release before the end of this year.
