Multiple celebrities praying against the Coronavirus

Since the Coronavirus broke out, pastors and people all over the world have been praying for it to stop its spread or for a vaccine.

They are not the only ones to look in God’s direction, though. Several celebrities have taken to social media to pray against the pandemic, and we have gathered some of them here.

Jennifer Lopez (American actress and singer)

“There’s a lot on our minds right now but don’t forget to take care of yourself. Meditate. Move. Pray. Do something intentional with your time and stay positive during this scary time.” (March 17th)

Lady Gaga (American singer)

“So I talked to some doctors and scientist. It’s not the easiest for everyone right now but the kindest/healthiest thing we can do is self-quarantine and not hang out with people over 65 and in large groups. I wish I could see my parents and grandmas right now but it’s much safer to not so I don’t get them sick in case I have it. I’m hanging at home with my dogs. I love you world, we’ll all get through this. Trust me, I talked to God – she said we’re gonna be ok.” (March 15th)

Justin Bieber (Canadian singer)

“I was going to say a quick prayer, and if you guys agree with me, cool. If you don’t, it’s also cool, you don’t have to believe anything I believe, we have far more in common than we don’t. We’re all people who are in this together and we’re all just trying to figure this whole thing out. I’m going to say a prayer for the world, and, again, this doesn’t make me any better because I’m praying, I just think prayer makes people come together.” (March 19th)

“Meditation, prayer and working out is crucial for this time in our lives! Lifting each other up and being positive is also very important to keep higher frequencies going in the body to help us clear our energy. The power of your thoughts are also very crucial! Make sure you’re sending good vibes out there no matter what… God will do the rest.” (April 10th)

Katy Perry (American singer)

“I just wanted to send a message to you to let you know that we are all with you during this time, and keep fighting, and stay healthy, and positive as best as you can. We’re thinking of you. We are sending our prayers. We’re gonna get through this.” (February 4th)

Kylie Jenner (American media personality)

“Sending out my love and prayers. & hoping this will all be over soon.” (April 16th)

“Hoping and praying that the world recoveries increases exponentially with time.” (April 1st)

Jamie Lynn Spears (American singer and actress)

“My thoughts and prayers are with everyone during this time.” (March 20th)

Brandi Carlile (American singer-songwriter)

“We’re ok. Seattle is a strange place to live right now but I know that lots of places are experiencing this moment. I’ll keep updating from home. Stay safe, stay home but please look out for your neighbors and vulnerable people who aren’t squared away. Don’t put others at risk but there’s a balance. Running to the store for someone who’s high risk can be massively impactful. So are prayers.” (March 14th)

“… For that, I encourage you to turn to the word. It provides promises that bring hope for sickness, peace to fear, and purpose to the times when you don’t know what to do. Pray, read, and meditate on the word. We aren’t promised perfect vision, we will probably never fully understand this all, but the world of God stands true in the midst of any and all uncertainty.” (March 16th)

Israel Strong (Nigerian musician)

“With all that is happening today in our world what do you think? For me, it shows that the coming of Jesus again is near; it shows that the church age is coming to an end and soon rapture will occur. Identify with Jesus and the body of Christ today. Moreso, be proud to show it!” (April 11th)

Sinach (Nigerian singer)

“We declare the virus dead in the Name of Jesus!!” (March 28th)

The two latter personalities are strong supporters of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and have been sharing his prayers against the Coronavirus on a large scale.
